Yogi Ana

Yoga has been a part of Ana’s life for over 10 years, and the practice has helped her to grow stronger, more flexible, grounded and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires Ana to live each moment in the present, here and now and more mindfully. Ana first started practising yoga to help with some chronic back pain and consequently the bad posture resulting from this pain. She quickly realized when the practice became more regularly that not only the physical part started to heal, but also the benefits only kept increasing: stress relief, feeling more at home with the body and a general sense of peace and joy that began to spill over into Ana’s life off the mat. Ana is a certified yoga teacher that loves to combine Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga influences through creative, powerful and playfulness flow sequences to help you deepen your practice.
